4. Bookings, gratuity and donations
4.1 By clicking “confirm booking”, “confirm changes/pay now”, “tip now” and “donate”, you confirm your obligation to have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions.
4.2 As outlined in the contract agreement:
(a) Learning Hubb is an independent entity and shall work “with” the service user or service recipient (“the client”) and not “for” the client;
(b) Learning Hubb employees (“the employee”) is entitled to UK public holidays off for the duration of this booking (“this contract”);
(c) the employee is entitled to have UK public holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Bank Holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, as time off, with pay;
(d) this contract shall not be cancelled by any of the parties once processed via Learning Hubb’s online booking and payment system. The “no cancellation policy” constitutes an integral part of this contract;
(e) the client has the right to amend dates on this contract within the following timeframe; 24 hours of booking this contract;
(f) the client has the right to amend dates on this contract subject to availability and in accordance with clause 6.3. The amended contractual dates shall reflect same number of days as this contract. In the event the client books a lesser period while amending contractual dates no refunds shall be issued. The “no refund policy” constitutes an integral part of this contract;
(g) we are non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) compliant; any “proprietary and confidential information” related to Learning Hubb, our employees and clientele shall at all times remain strictly classified;
(h) by clicking “confirm booking”, “confirm changes/pay now”, “tip now” and “donate”, the client provides a digital signature and mutual assent required to form a legally binding contract
4.3 All transactions are irrevocable; bookings, gratuity and donations are non-refundable in all circumstances.
4.4 Learning Hubb shall have the right to make any changes to the services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement.
4.5 Learning Hubb reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend your booking where it has reason to do so.
4.6 Telephone calls to Learning Hubb may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.
5. Disclaimer of liability
5.1 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so:
(a) this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(b) we shall not be legally liable for any incidents which occur outside the employee’s contracted working hours.
6. Applicable laws
6.1 Your use of the website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of United Kingdom.
